www.doctorofcredit.com has all the faqs:

1. Cap1 allows only 2 personal cards & 2 business cards (but a few have extra grandfathered in) & co-branded cards do not count

2. Cap1 pulls from ALL 3 bureaus at each time for each application (3 pulls per application & averages them out!)

3. need at least 720-740+ mininum FICO according to data points from last several years (but other factors such as too high balances or too many inquiries in past year can cause rejection).. do not know of this year's mininum
so if you are APPROVED; please list your FICO score that got approved
&
how many new cards you got in the past 2 years because there is rumor that Savor cards have a 5/24 rule similar to Chase (ie; must be under 5 new credit card accounts in past 24 months)

Signed up previously with the $250 offer and was instantly approved. After receiving the card and using it for a week, they restricted my card because they had to verify my income. I had to e-sign an IRS form 4506-T for them to check my 2019 tax Return. After that, it took two weeks for them to verify and remove the restriction. They seem so strict compared to other credit card companies @.@

For this card Capital One requires excellent credit, which their website describes as the following:

I've never declared bankruptcy or defaulted on a loan; I haven't been more than 60 days late on any credit card, medical bill, or loan in the last year; I've had a loan or credit card for 3 years or more with a credit limit above $5,000.

Why would they waive year 2 AF? lul? Weird expectation there.... The card has a AF, so if its a problem why did you sign up in the first place... CapOne is pretty easy going about waiving the first year AF. Thats pretty nice of them since most other cc's definitely do not waive the AF at all. I dont get why anyone would call them to try a gouge them out of a second year AF as well, they already comp'd you the first one.

Anyways, I did cancel my Savor as well due to the AF but I had that plan all along. I went with the SavorOne instead. Its pretty much the same thing anyways. I actually use the card for different reasons, the sign up bonus was just a bonus...

Who knows. You screwed something up maybe or didnt sign up with the link correctly maybe. CapOne in general is very consistent and fast on giving out the sign up bonuses, so if you didnt get one you probably wont. You would need to contact them on that one.

This should be in Featured and not in Front Page but SD are shills. It's not a free $200, it comes at the cost of a credit inquiry and an additional credit line.

lol what is hilarious is that my SavorOne thread having 105+ was never Frontpaged last month when the bonus for this same exact card was $250 for spending $500 https://slickdeals.net/f/14817592-capital-one-savor-one-250-cashback-on-500-purchases-in-first-3-months so hardly anybody saw it coz it was only a Popular thread with 37,761 views, yet this thread by SD Staff was Frontpaged some time ago with 41,624 views and only has 55+ yet the bonus for the same card is only $200 for spending $500 ... the comments in this $200 offer thread are funny lol
