Some people don't have money for a $300 monitor. You use what you have. Others have more priorities than spending money on a monitor.
interesting..... I didn't know waste management company is selling monitor too.
Actually TN panels are extremely fast by design. Until recently the fastest gaming monitors on the market were TN panels. The biggest drawbacks to TN panels are that they have terrible color and viewing angles when compared to IPS counterparts. Monitor OEMs also generally choose to put the lowest end components in TN monitors unless they're going for a high end gaming model.

*NO HDMI* (Seriously) means you need to BUY an adapter, to make it work with HDMI.

I bought this for a little bit more, maybe $75.00 more/less, last fall via HP. It works. Since I remember well that I once had a 12" monitor, I just ain't too particular. Repped, OP.

Yeah you'd need to pick up some HDMI-> DVI cables to get your video signal to this monitor:

I can't believe I have to repeat myself, but TN panels are worthless. The fact that they don't even advertise the response time tells you all you need to know.
at this price, this is fine for a WFH office setup (i use 2x BenQ TN panels). it even has vesa mount for monitor arms.

I am buying it for my next bitcoin rig. I could care less about the type of panel it is.
