The Bosch drills (PS21/PS31) are great but the PS41 impact is noticeably down on power to 18V non-brushless tools and 12V brushless. The Milwaukee M12 2553-20 brushless is superior in every way: smaller, lighter, markedly (like 50%+) faster. Of course, the M12 is 2x the price, but my experience with impacts is that power is paramount, it's not like the PS21 pocket driver used for delicate work where the small size/weight is preferred. A buy at $53 but don't expect an overachiever like some other Bosch 12V.
I agree that the Bosch batteries are very-low self-discharge.

You will snap drywall screws with an impact, the screws are simply too soft. When I gift impacts I add some fancy GRK or SPAX screws, which have a head that doesn't cam-out like Phillips and have the strength/features to be driven by an impact. They're way more expensive than bulk drywall screws, but it's difficult to return to Phillips after using Star (Torx) or Square (Robertson).
