DHP used to be Dorel (DHP now stands for Dorel Home Products). Based out of Montreal Canada with US office in Indiana. Their stuff are frequently also branded as Baby Relax and Storkcraft. Their supplier is often the same as Graco furniture suppliers. They also sell products under more established brands like Safety 1st. Those Cosco branded furniture are also sold by them. Their high-end baby brand is Maxi-Cosi. In reality, all of these brands use the same suppliers. For instance, I bought a Cosco reading nook/shelf for my daughter's room and the assembly instructions were for Storkcraft.

Anyway, all of that is to say, their product quality is pretty decent (though far from high-end) for the price for the most part, and most certainly better than cheapo no-name furniture.
