I think this one is better if you don't need the monitor. Better ram, all Asus components including gpu 👍🏻

ABS quality seems to vary widely, I just got a system the other day for a customer (sadly, it was DOA but that's not the point) - the components were all bottom shelf, Biostar board, OLOy memory, Teamgroup SSD, Zotac GPU, not surprising it was DOA, to be honest. I'd still rather build from scratch, even if it does cost more at least you're getting what you want.
