Yes, it's a crap configuration but it's 'dirt cheap' way to get your hands on a RTX 3070. Only a 500W PSU too but guessing that might not matter so much for this deal...

Thing is cheap enough that you can actually upgrade the CPU, RAM, and storage to end up with a usable gaming computer and still end up with a good deal (upgrade the RAM yourself but can get it with a Ryzen 7 for under $1,400 with EPP).
