Those are just the cups and not the attachment that lets you blend within the cups I believe. And I think if you use the blender attachment on those cups for this model, you need to put that weird safety shield around it as well

I don't see cup attachment; do these cups go straight inside the blender jar instead ? That would be weird

The Ascent model/package has "self-detect" cups. Are those the ones y'all are thinking of? That one's not on sale Frown

. If these are just regular "Blender bottle" style cups, as I suspect they are, is this deal worth it? Does the Ascent ever go on sale?

. Yes, the Ascent bundle with the self detect cups, regular container and dry grains container was on sale for $499 in January. Seems better to wait for that to come back (hopefully! soon!) and pay the extra $20 than this one with just regular cups.
