Is the deal for the 1/4" zip a good deal for $34?

I had a bad experience with this company a long time ago, my snowboard gloves leaked water inside to my hand. When I called to see if they can replace or fix under warranty I got 2 bros who convinced me they are not supposed to be waterproof and that there is nothing wrong with them, they told me just to keep it and did nothing to resolve the issue. Two guys teaming up against me to say I was wrong and there is nothing wrong with their product just rubbed me the wrong way and seemed unprofessional like they were talking to me from a garage. I haven't bought since then, I used to buy a lot of snowboarding gear before from them.

Yes, the models do look like aliens.

On another note, I got my wife the Keele jacket for Christmas and it was only $38 from MH outlet so this deal isn't smoking

I'm not interested in any items here, but just bought a pair of their ski pants at a ski shop close to my home mountain. They feel like they are very well made. I was looking at much more expensive Arcteryx and Patagonia models and saw these. My buddy has a MH shell jacket that looks like new after > 10 years and we ski ~ 25 days a year, so it is not lightly used. This is why I had the confidence that their gear would hold up.
