As a comparison, my 2 previous orders from easycanvasprints did not suffer from this problem, and when they accidentally shipped me wrong canvases, they reshipped the correct ones very quickly.

Echoing other comments about bad quality. All 4 of my canvases I ordered had black handprints and finger smudges all over. No idea how it passed quality control... Wouldn't order again or recommend...

I ordered 3 large 18x24 about 3 months ago and all 3 had uneven reflection.
I do not recommend this service

This is why companies need to take customer service seriously. I was about to order until I saw these comments. Thank you for posting.

Did you opt-in for their "protective acrylic topcoat"? If not I wonder if getting it might have a levelling effect on the glossiness of the finish.
I've got about a 12-15 or so CanvasChamp prints in my medical office. Can't say that I've run into the problem you describe but 1) I did get the acrylic coat and 2) the lighting in my office may be different from what you have.
The deal as described by the OP is run pretty frequently--- they have a list of active coupon deals right on the website--- and in fact if you're patient they periodically do "buy 2, get one free" which tends to be a better deal especially if your total is large enough to earn free shipping.
Also I've gotten excellent customer support from them on two unrelated problems: a print that was damaged in transit, and a different print that had some color fidelity issues. Both were instantly reprinted at no cost and shipped to me in about a week. Pretty remarkable turnaround in that they ship from India.

No I did not. IIRC that was a thing that you had to pay for extra, and I didn't pay any extra fees.
Canvas photo prints are ugly decor but people aren't ready for that revelation so I'll just mention a previous deal from this also resulted in complaints about the reflection oddity in the light.
I am ready. What do you recommend? I also have some prints on metal and they are really vivid and nice, but IMO require special lighting to "pop", otherwise they look somewhat dull.. Curious what you have in mind?

"Ugly" seems a bit harsh. It's art so you're entitled to your opinion. However I think the quality of the image printed on the canvas has more impact on the ugliness quotient than the fact that it's printed on cheap media. It's nice to have inexpensive options for less formal displays. I shot professionally for years and nowadays I have about a hundred canvases of my work displayed in my medical office. I shudder to think of what this exhibit would have cost had I gone with my old standard----double hand-cut matting, anti-reflective glass and a nice custom wood frame. As it stands I am heaped with compliments every day by patients who admire the canvases. I routinely sell a few dozen prints a year without any effort on my part. No one has ever asked me why I didn't go with a giclee print in an expensive frame instead of a naked canvas print.

I bought 3 canvases on one of the last deals (11/14/2020). Canvases suffer from uneven light reflection on different colors (in particular black).
Their support was responsive before I placed the order, but after I received an order, they did not respond to any of my three emails.
