I bought 3 canvases on one of the last deals (11/14/2020). Canvases suffer from uneven light reflection on different colors (in particular black).
Their support was responsive before I placed the order, but after I received an order, they did not respond to any of my three emails.

As a comparison, my 2 previous orders from easycanvasprints did not suffer from this problem, and when they accidentally shipped me wrong canvases, they reshipped the correct ones very quickly.

I ordered 3 large 18x24 about 3 months ago and all 3 had uneven reflection.

I've got about a 12-15 or so CanvasChamp prints in my medical office. Can't say that I've run into the problem you describe but 1) I did get the acrylic coat and 2) the lighting in my office may be different from what you have.
The deal as described by the OP is run pretty frequently--- they have a list of active coupon deals right on the website--- and in fact if you're patient they periodically do "buy 2, get one free" which tends to be a better deal especially if your total is large enough to earn free shipping.
Also I've gotten excellent customer support from them on two unrelated problems: a print that was damaged in transit, and a different print that had some color fidelity issues. Both were instantly reprinted at no cost and shipped to me in about a week. Pretty remarkable turnaround in that they ship from India.
