That money is a lot better spent than it would be paying more for Doom Eternal just because it released last year. 2016 is clearly the better game to me.

Is this a deal? No, it's regular price these days. You would have a hard time finding it at a price higher than this.

Is this a good game? Hell yeah. If you haven't played it and like FPS games you are going to love it. I have played it for 4 hours so far and love every second of it. Even more so if you are planning to get to doom eternal and ancient gods. This game serves well to get you into the story and get familiar with the plot.
