Hard to find any big biz not making political donations.
I don't know how much these drivers get paid but one actually told me $12 wasn't enough to do my order for at most 30 minutes of work. If this person was working minimum wage, they'd be getting $10 an hour doing a lot more. Oh and the ones who can't be bothered to read instructions or texts. Says leave the order at the door and not to ring the bell and ends up ringing the bell repeatedly while I'm in a work call.
Don't be crying when COVID is controlled and people can do pick-up or don't bother with delivery.
"DoorDash announced Wednesday January 13, 2021 that they will no longer be donating to the Republican Attorneys General Association after reports that the group helped organize robocalls urging protesters to descend on the Capitol on Jan. 6, when a violent mob attacked the building." -From Fox News
They might donate to political parties, but so do 99.99999% of other companies who make multi-millions of dollars. Are you going to boycott Apple, Google, John Hopkins, Disney, Salesforce, Microsoft, Starbucks, Amazon, Target, CVS, Intel, Home Depot, Lowes, the USPS, all major mail carriers, all major banks, all major phone carriers and cell phone carriers, all major grocery stores, and other businesses with household names? Or do you feel you're good enough to ignore the vast majority of businesses?

100% agree with you! However there's no shortage of lazy people that are too socially awkward to talk to somebody on the phone let alone pick up an order themselves
i dont know how anyone feels comfortable paying $16 for a $7 meal
Sounds ridiculous doesn't it? You're paying a fee for the convenience but they up charge for the menu items, service fee, taxes, delivery fee, and tip. It gets outrageous. If they got rid of all the fees, I wouldn't mind tipping 20-25% for my meals. After all it's the driver that does most of the work.
I can't support DoorDash knowing that they donate directly to a political party. I like my food with no strings attached.

I haven't set foot outside my house in 12 months and am getting tired of eating the Top Ramen I order off Amazon. Plus my doctor is worried I have Scurvy and Rickets. Is Doordash the way?
