Have been using these for about 3 years in a home garage. The cutter is holding up well in cutting .030" wire. The plier tips are slightly misaligned (~1/32") but they are still good at picking out weld spatter. Holds up to occasional use as a hammer. Good buy at $13.
Edit: After reading more recent AZ reviews, it appears the quality may have taken a hit. Lots of reviews about not cutting/closing.
Pretty sure those are NOT the same...
HAVING SAID THAT, that's a good find - AZ[amazon.com] has those for $13 and Walt[walmart.com] for $9.50

I was going to purchase these for my son, but Amazon tells me that I bought them already on 2/23/20 for $5.99. I'm sure I saw it here on SD, as it's not something I would go looking for.
Before anyone jumps onto this "deal", just know that it's been this price for about 3 months already. So you're probably not missing out if you don't actually need one but just tempted to get one because you were lead to believe it's an amazing deal.

I love when that happens.
Me: Oh that looks handy, I'll pick it up and hang on to it until I need.
Amazon: you last purchased this item in 2016 and still haven't used it.

Those are snap ring pliers. A handy tool to have but not close to the same tool.
