also 15% cashback at newegg when going through retailmenot
personally i think all these kits in the OP go on sale at some point or another. but since this 10% off is good on most ram kits, now is probably a good time to grab a high end dual rank b die kit that pretty much never goes on sale

well depends on what you want , whether u want to OC or not, whats your budget etc. But okay say you want a 2x 16 gb kit, this would be an option https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-32...6820232860
All I know about ram is the higher the gb the better, higher the mhz the better, lower the CL the better.......................... oh and you shouldn't mix brands/models for some reason.

how much do u care to learn about all this?
i would stick with "higher the mhz the better, lower the CL the better" and pick something like 3600 CL16 or 4000CL18 and whatever capacity (Gigabytes) u need.
You mentioned dual rank and the answer to that is a bit more trickier. i would google what it means, benefits, etc but 32gb sticks are guaranteed dual rank, 8 gb sticks pretty much guaranteed single rank, 16 gb it depends.
sorry i cant be more helpful but there is soo much information on this stuff, its not something i can share over a comment. but if you have time, heres where i would start https://github.com/integralfx/Mem...20Guide.md

lol. You did fine! Explained enough well and gave me info where to look for more. Thank you!
It's really tempting the gskills kit in particular first link. I'm looking at that versus 3200 cl16. Seems like most benchmarks it's at best 3-5% difference at 1080p. At higher resolutions, GPU limit anyways.
Since I'm going to use some staples credit, I think I'll stick with the 3200 cl16.
Word of caution..I had G.skill ram that went faulty, Sent it in under warranty and they refused to honor it. Looking at BBB they have done this to many people.

or if you prefer single rank (micron rev B) , here is a very good option
