Warning for people who get the MyCoffee+ program and plan to change at the end of 3 months: their definition of "month" is 30 days. So that means that if you sign up on 3/29, your subscription will be billed on 6/27, since there are 31 days in March and May. And they will not refund you once they've billed you.

It's extremely frustrating, because I've never heard of anyone else who calculates monthly subscriptions like this, where your billing date drifts throughout the year depending on the month.

I couldn't figure out how to use the pizza promo code without signing up for the subscription. I got a free large ice coffee, free pastry, and free pizza. I checked out and selected curbside pick up.

I created the account yesterday and saw the offer clearly state free flatbread pizza. I am trying to redeem it now and only see the offer on coffee. The rewards on my Panera account do not show a pizza. Has this happened to anyone else?

edit: Apologize for the post. figured out I needed to use the promo code for pizza.
