Looks to be a very good price with free shipping and right now some eBay users can earn 5% eBay bucks if they received that promotion in their account. Seller (firstclasstvs) has 100% positive feedback.

I'm pretty sure ebay doesn't come with a warranty. Risky purchase
I would not risk it with this ebay seller. You will not get a warranty. Do not buy. The C1 replacing this model will be available just days from now. You will get either same pricing at big box stores, or even less, and not have to worry about warranty.
Hoooooooollllllldddddd. It'll come down further just wait.

The C1 is $2500 at Best Buy right now.

If the CX drops to $1499, I'm in. I want to upgrade my NU8000 and would go with a Samsung, but the QN85A and QN90A only have 1 HDMI 2.1 port, which is a deal breaker for me since I have a PS5 and Xbox Series X.

Likely not. The C1 is right round the corner. The 48", 55" and 77" ones are already in stock on LG's website. Pretty sure retailers have the last batch of CX available. So it'll simply go out of stock soo enough.

The CX is a popular TV. I doubt any retailer will really need to clearance them to make space for new models. The new models will be more expensive and at least for CX to C1, supposedly there is no real upgrade other than an interface change, chip change (improvements from those will mostly be imperceptible to most), and a remote change. None of these warrant paying more for the C1 release price.

Point is - the CX will sell out of remaining inventory just fine at their current retail prices. Prices have gone as low as they would. Doubt they'll drop more.

I purchased from them, 2 TVs now. My 65 E7 had bad burn in. LG replaced the panel free of charge. My tv is post 3745. The warranty debate has been discussed ad nauseam.

C1 65" MSRP is $2500 why would anyone NOT buy CX now? Failed logic. They're pretty much same TV except newer webOS on C1.

I will vouch for buying from them also. I bought my 55" E7 in May of '18. LG replaced my screen within the first year due to burn in at no charge. LG didn't question getting it from that seller at all.

Amazingly enough, last year the screen developed burn in again, and LG just replaced the screen 2 months ago at no charge. Now that took much more work to get them to warranty because it was way out of the 1 year period, but they eventually did it. Took 6 months of emails and calls though lol.
