I bought several of these when they were 15. They are, by far, the best every day masks I've ever worn. The flexible nose metal works much better than other cloth masks, and while the inner filters are disposable, you can indeed wash them.
Forgive me if I trust every public health agency on the planet over Soldiercocklemore from SlickDeals.
No one said to double mask using a KN95/N95 though.. if you have one or the other you don't need to double mask. They recommend that because people use home made cloth or surgical type masks which aren't effective at all. But I guess, go ahead.

Bought a couple of these in the early days of the pandemic for my husband. He manages our store which is an essential business so we have stayed open this whole time. He has to face tons of customers day in and day out. He has not gotten COVID or even a cold or cough ever since. I know this is purely anecdotal evidence so take it for what it is but even at full price I think they are well worth it.

I have 6 of them in different color. Best everyday mask. You can shove a KN95 in it so you don't need to use their filter.
