Not gonna read through the 273 existing comments to see if anyone said this already. Arby's doesn't have bar codes or any way to invalidate an offer that's already used that was emailed to someone, so usually all you need to do is hold up a picture of the 5 for 5 and they say "ok".

I took email to Arby's and they said they needed a QR code to scan. There is no QR code on email.

That should be reported to the manager or corporate. Maybe they are just out of roast beef.

I never remember anything at Arby's requiring a QR code, besides that.

did you try or just talk?

they did the same on the last fish sandwich. they just asked what i saw on my phones screen (over the speaker). didnt even have to show them.

but i wouldnt try this time again. i dont want them to include any special sauce on it.

I just went to my local Arby's in MIdlothian, VA and the drive thru lady said "April Fools!"...
Luckily she was kidding or else there may not be an Arby's there anymore.
They ended up not even asking to see the coupon.
