If only it weren't CI. I would say they have the worst customer service ever but in reality it is simply non-existent. Yes, I'm still pissed my $50 gift card never worked back in the "we upgraded our factory software" debacle where no one received their orders for months if at all.

White series is a very good buy at that price. Humidor is jammed though so will have to pass this time.. Highly recommend if anyone is needing some good price on them

You can get these cheaper on CigarPage right now. $19.99 per 5 pack if you buy at least 4 5pks. Always ship free. There are other 5 pks to choose from.

I've always had good service from their customer support for their website and at their shop at The Colony.

I really like shopping at the store locally cause the guys usually give great suggestions for my spicy flavor profile.

I've heard bad things but I've personally had no problems with CI over the years, and they're pretty much the only site that offers 10% + free shipping for military. Convenient.
