Why do people preorder digital? Physical I can see
I game share. For the most part, I buy discounted games unless I am a fan of the series.
Pre-orders haven't counted in the past for these promos, just items that are part of the sale. I'm holding out on preordering Village in hopes of a punch card 1-2 weeks before release.
Good to get finances squared away ahead of time and know you have the game pre-installed, but even that's possible through the Xbox app now without having to pre-order. I typically wait until the week of release just to see if a punch card appears for it.
Thank you. I will test my patience to see as well then.
