Roundup is one of the more toxic glyphosate products to fish and aquatic invertebrates, such as insects and Crustaceans. Don't use this crap anywhere even remotely close to water of any kind. Unless of course you like your water completely free of life.

I do like my water tobe free of life. Should I use this to prevent frogs in my pond or can you recommend something better?
Pendimethalin may adversely effect endangered species of terrestrial and semi-aquatic plants, aquatic plants and invertebrates including mollusks, fish, and birds (specifically grazers).
I see that Lowes says it's a lawn weed killer, but my reading of the manufacturer-supplied info says it is meant to kill grasses that get into flower beds. Lawn use is NOT recommended.
I suggest that you chance the title to "Flower bed weed killer" before someone treats their entire lawn as a weed.
Notice the comment suggesting the need for multiple bags. Maybe they have a big flower bed or rock garden. Maybe there's trouble ahead.
This is a pre-emergent. It stops seeds from germinating. It won't hurt your lawn. Don't use a pre-emergent if you're planting new grass. That applies to all pre-emergents.

I got this on the previous deal from Lowe's about 6 weeks ago. I applied it to my flower garden and I am not happy with the results. Weeds still have appeared

Suggest going the liquid "pre emergent" route. I've been doing it for years... around flowers, lawn and field area around the house (2 acres). A good (and safe) product is Dimension 2EW. It was originally formulated to prevent crab grass, but works on lots of other things too... doesn't prevent all weeds, however.
Apply with hose-end sprayer for larger areas or hand-pump sprayer for small. Smallest size available is 1/2 gallon, for ~ $129. Covers up to 128,000 square feet. Hints... #1. You must use up all of the mix within an hour (maybe 2?... certainly can't use left overs next day), #2, water mix should be hot... I go for 150F, and #3, acetone will clear small clogs if you get them. None of these hints are included in the instructions. (Be sure to thoroughly flush sprayer and tank immediately after use.)
Most all of the sprayers are a disappointment. Best of the lot for lawn and other large areas are likely the Gilpin 362 and 362D.
FWIW...

For killing weeds, nothing works better.
