Thanks for posting! But it seems this comes up $15.19 for me. Not $9.88. Is there a coupon we need to use to drop it? Thanks again.

Bought this for $6 several years ago. Lasted less than a year.

Ended up buying the Instant Pot rice cooker and use it almost daily. Works so much better and holds up.

IMO, this thing isn't worth $10.

Heavy use or light use? Planning to buy 1 for less than cup rice. Just need a smaller version of cooker

I checked it 8 hours ago and it was 20 dollars. Seems like it only lasted a very short time.

What is the trick? I bought an Insignia pressure cooker and both brown rice & jasmine rice didn't come out right. Do you have to do something differently than with a regular rice cooker?

This one was moderate usage. I probably used it 20 times before it completely died. I did keep the metal pot and lid though, so not a total loss.

From my experience, I think these do better if you add a little extra water. If your rice is sticking together, you may also want to add a small amount of butter.

Also, I'm not using an Instant Pot pressure cooker. I'm using their rice maker. I've probably used it hundreds of times and it's still going strong.
