I purchased a computer from them with some of the advertised components removed. Someone not knowledgeable might have plugged their monitor into the available video port and had no Idea they were running on integrated graphics, while the GPU and some RAM were removed. They put in new expansion slot plates to cover where the GPU output ports were.
So when they advertise that products are fully tested, you can take that to mean that they are recovering/creating as much profit as they can from "refurbished" products. In my case that meant them pulling a valuable GPU from a system (obviously probably for resale), and then disguising that and advertising it and selling it as complete.
