Wow. Wondered what this could be, so I watched the video. You fill this with soil and then push it out with a plunger to make a seed mound. Something you can do a lot faster with an empty nursery pot. I like some Fiskars products, but this is completely unnecessary.

Plastic cup cost money. Empty pots cost money. Please prove me wrong by providing links to free plastic cup or empty pot.
Plastic nursery pots are free with every seedling or plant purchased. Gardeners reuse them and recycle them automatically. This is just a mold and it doesn't require much imagination to repurpose margarine or yogurt containers to do the same thing. Also it's gardening, so just use your own hands and get them dirty.
