I'd highly recommend 7th Dragon. Played it when it came out and found it to be very fun. If I recall correctly, it was the last game in the series and has many references to all previous games, as a big sendoff.

I'd highly recommend 7th Dragon. Played it when it came out and found it to be very fun. If I recall correctly, it was the last game in the series and has many references to all previous games, as a big sendoff. There are multiple classes in the game and all were very fun to play as, especially the class that shoots grenades, I can't remember what it was called.

Stella glow is fantastic, especially if you like fire emblem. My only issue with the game is that I got stuck in one battle near the end of the gaMe where the robot lady kept healing and I couldnt attack enough to drain her hp

Stella Glow was Imageepoch's last game before closing up shop, and it's a fitting swan song. Mostly fanservice nonsense story and characters (Hilda and Nonoka's outfits… yeesh), but the core gameplay is solid and the plot has its sweet moments occasionally.

7th Dragon has been in library for ages and I'll get to it at some point. The series has been around for a while in Japan, but it pivoted from fantasy to sci-fi a while back. Very Etrian Odyssey-esque but without the cartography, to give a general frame of reference for gameplay.

7th Dragon has a demo that sold me on the game. Give it a try if you're on the fence.
