It's petroleum jelly in a spray. Pretty good if you want to cover a burn, and don't want to touch it too much. But it's not a lot of fun to spread around once it's on your skin.

This stuff is terrible, won't spread and easy to breathe in. Sprays chunks when near empty, just avoid buying this at all.

usually sprays have "chemicals" added to allow the product to be propelled and then evaporate, leaving the product on the skin.
For things that go on people, usually its alcoholic based chemicals but can be other petroleum based chemicals.
Alcohols aren't exactly "good" for your skin, but they probably won't hurt it much either with the amount of contact unless you misuse it.
Other chemicals will depend.
