Not sure how you checked. I hope you did not check brickseek to see the price.
The $2 off coupon is found on the product page is a single use Manufacturer Coupon. If you have the item in stock at target, just add the offer to the wallet and scan during checkout. That must do it.
Note: Since this is a manufacturer coupon, it is a ONE TIME use only and could be used in store only.
