I got this for my son about a week or so ago. It's a pretty well made toy. The lights are neat and the sound is realistic enough without being TOO loud. I'd recommend it for this price. I was pleased with the purchase.

Uhm, its a Tonka (decent brand) light up and siren toy, for $8, shipped to your home (free with prime). From amazon (decent store). I'm not sure I see a "scam" here. I would agree perhaps its not a great price, perhaps its a $5 toy marketed as an $8 toy, but its not a "scam". I bought one last time it came around at this price, and it seems decent for what it is. Dollar store would have one at a "bargain price" of 3.99 or 4.99 from an unknown brand of questionable longevity...
