At least 2 more in stock @ Seaside, CA Target, regular price $699.99. Electronics employee said they are clearing stock and other Targets should be doing the same, but who knows so HUGE YMMV.

Thanks for pointing that out, I corrected the link. I also posted links to pics of the clearance tag and receipt. I hesitated to post this because I know it's a HUGE YMMV and I'm going to get a lot of downvotes but the community has helped me a lot, so I figured it was worth it if I could help a few people.

Also, the markdowns should look like this following the 30-50-70 (BS may show different percentage off because MSRP on there is $450 for some reason)
