Probably. It's a similar design except the costco one would probably be around the height of the guy in the picture in OP.

Oh not sure, then measure the two garbage cans total measurements and compared with those of the item.

Just a heads up, I used the text to chat home depot and they price matched. Free ship to store came to 213 with tax, when they ask for the home depot item use 301195656 or just look it up
