I don't think you need a YMMV in the title for this one just becuase you need a sams membership. If you needed a Sam's membership and can only find it at a few clubs then yes I would had it in the title

I agree, the deal is easily replicated with membership.

I actually like the YMMV. There will always be someone complaining...

OP just want to put it there so people wouldn't be so anal about YMMW.

I'm going to try to get a couple of these. Hopefully Sams near me have it.

We have the Roku Streaming Stick+ and the enhanced remote seems to eat through batteries pretty quickly. Need replacements every few months.

There are issues with the remote draining batteries on the Streaming Stick+, usually needing new batteries every week or two. Roku said to connect the power using the wall outlet instead of using the tv and they pushed a firmware update. For some, it slowed the drain, and for others it didn't do much.

Here's one of the longer threads about it. There are more, and more recent threads, if you navigate to the parent forum.

Fwiw, I have two of these and have had no issues with the batteries. I think one in my office flashed battery low last week and I've been using it since October of last year so I am satisfied.

Edit- I am powering it through the wall charger and not the tv so that may be the difference.

Wow, interesting. I thought I was crazy thinking I had been changing the batteries so much. Guess I actually was. I also thought maybe I just had a bad stash of batteries.
