Zoro has their prices inflated. It's the cheap deceiving tactic stores usually do to fool people. Stores raise the price then create a discount or promo.

I'll give you an example of regular MSRP that is found across all stores ACME/CPTools/Amazon/Home Depot etc.

$199 : HD's Dewalt blower [homedepot.com]
vs
$247 Zoro's Dewalt blower [zoro.com]

If you look more, you'll find others with worse price difference.
I'm looking at the blower / battery deal. The zoro is $20 more than HD (10%), but with 35% off...it's a net 25% savings. That's not bad.

I ordered milwaukee m12 fuel surge (bare) , m12 fuel die (bare) , m12 fuel installation tool (bare), the final payment could be $286(including tax), about $100 less than HD (total $359+tax after its buy more save more program). oh btw, zoro runs $399+ reduce $80 milwaukee program with code MKE213053, in the promotion code menu.

Take $80 off $399+ on Select Milwaukee Tools!
code doesnt seem to work Frown on the items i want lol

I used to work for Grainger, that owns Zoro. Zoro is just the internet only channel venture from Grainger, meant to compete directly with the Amazons, etc but used the same supply chain of Grainger. You'll find good deals on the site, but like you said you have to check prices. It is not meant to be another HD/Lowes type site, it is meant to aim for small/mid size businesses and possible some direct to consumer business. I've used them for some harder to find products, and their prices were fair for those. I wouldn't go on here to buy tools for around the house though, HD/Lowes/etc are still better suited for that.

My Chase offer expired May 18th. I placed order May 17th for items that were in stock, but charges didn't post until May 19 and May 20, and am still waiting for more charges to post.

Offer is listed under the "expired" section of Chase Offers. I called Zoro and asked them to charge me for everything on May 18th, but they said their system doesn't allow them to do that. I ended up cancelling the part of the order that didn't ship, and am contemplating returning the rest of the order.

Lesson learned: order way in advance of Chase Offer expiration date.

Chase Offers trigger by the pending date and if the transaction goes through, it should credit you even if the posting date falls after the expiration date.

I made my purchase on 05/18 (expiration day) and the charges posted on 5/20. I received my credit for the full amount yesterday evening.
