Personally, I have had bad experiences with cheap shoes and sneakers. They fall apart relatively fast and are not good on your feet.

I have these as just casual use shoes ....man are they comfy...;; they are definitely "dad" shoes though.... I have had no issues with them but they are occasional shoes soooo...

I have a pair and really comfy and worth it for $12.97. If they are defective given the low price point, they can be easily returned.

Bought 2 last week as filler for $22.97 each for the buy 5 get $50 off - just got delivered yesterday - now my size isnt availble anyways - put in for a $10 price adjustment each - cant go wrong with $8 "Dad " slip ons for daily errands (Especially costco runs)

Managed to get a pair in-store. They rang up as $14.97 but were mislabeled as a laced version at the deal price so they honored it. Only had brown available in all sizes.
