Bought mine new for 379. Idk if I'd take a refurb for only $60 less. I have many 3D printers but some are problematic right from the start. If it were new I'd buy another.
Idk. Creality quality control on their new stuff is iffy at best. Not sure I'd take a chance on anything refurbished. This is coming from someone with 2 Creality printers, including a 10v2.
Comgrow is a fairly popular order site for refurbs or straight sales. I ordered a refurb ender3 Pro for $150. Came with everything a new printed came with (minus filament i believe). Their CS is responsive to any issues.
Just know, with any printer (including refurbs), comb over every part, check squareness, check tightness, check flatness (my X rail idle roller mounting plate was bent, fixed it myself), check warpage (z screw, coupling, bed). I had to square up already put together parts (regardless of where I got my printers from).
Printers are built with bin parts, so stuff fails all the time. I assume that's why there's so many refurbs.

I couldn't find anything about a warranty, other than you can return it (at your own expense I predict) if it is unused and in original packaging. Unused? With a new Creality you get a one-year warranty, for what that's worth. I feel the same as jmilcher.

Just to make sure I'm understanding you. You'd buy another, meaning you would buy a different kind/brand of printer. Which do you think that would be?
