Lowes online store cancel orders due to coupon use?

Just want to see if anyone else has the same experience.
Here is the story:
Bought some coupons from those lowes coupon site. Used one coupon on an order. Good, the order passed. Then, wait one day or so, placed another order. Good, passed again.
Wait couple days to place another order with same type of coupon, no go. Order was canceled in 10 minutes. The pick up store does not even get the order in (because I was right at the customer service table to see if the order goes through). During that time, orders without coupon all went through.
So, my question is, how many similar coupons will lowes allow each account to use? Or it is just because my account is on their black list? Is there anyway to bypass such restriction?
Please share your experience.

I wouldn't push your luck with the coupons. I largely quit using them other than an occasional web order to be shipped. Few years back when everyone was generating coupon codes, I wouldn't place an order without one. Seems like there's a decent chance of getting blacklisted these days though.

Just use a different email with a different credit card. Problem solved

No, 3 orders were successful this month by now. All following orders with similar coupon were cancelled though.

Are you sure? As I know, many stores track your computer mac address (like newegg), others track your billing address (staples, officedepot etc), or shipping address (Bestbuy etc).

So far I am not on lowes black list (I guess), but will a simple email and CC change work? Did you ever do that and still be safe?

They don't know your MAC address.... it's impossible. I did it for years with Netflix to get free memberships until I ran out of credit cards

Netflix is different story. They don't care. However, many stores do track your computer.
Bloody lesson, when newegg has its promotion for xx limit per account, never log in different accounts on the some computer. They combined my 2 accounts simply because I did log in and placed the orders on the same computer.

Enable a free vpn service on your phone. Problem solved

Just something that helps me alot. Used it a lot with sites like coupons.com before they started using your phone to keep track. Close out the sites tab and log out also, delete the cache and cookies for the website. Then go back to the site and log in. Might not work for this case , but does work for many sites. Hope this helps like it does for me.

Also reset your ip address. That helps me a lot. Many sites track using that
