A $10 fan is not going to do you much good 500' feet from an outlet.

A solid little deal for anyone on the dewalt system. I do have this fan and 2 5ah batteries. Fan will run for hours on it, it's not the most powerful fan but it helps circulate air in my building when I need it!

Great find. Thanks. I was just browsing this fan and free battery for $119 in Home Depot. This is a much better deal.

I own this and love it for it's quick setup for jobs. I just ordered 2 more as gifts considering it has batteries.

Missed the deal last night so picked this up. Wish I could have gotten no tax like the other site, oh well.

Still unsure if I will try to return the fan to HD or keep both. Really looking for the battery, but a fan is handy for the heat or when you need to dry out an area, easier to store than a box fan.

Why would someone pay $100 for a fan? Can't u get a fan for $10 at Walmart and just plug it in?

Portable fan, $50
5AH Battery, $50.
Good deal all around.

I paid $40-50 for fan and 1.5ah battery. I would get this for battery if I did not have fan... Don't need two. I plan to use mine for camping and I use it in my garage shop. I have always used it on hot days when I have painted

I have two of these fans and use them all the time. They are great for drying spills, etc. Also nice for camping, fishing, and the kids in the summer. Great to keep the bugs off you outdoors. I burn a lot of brush on our lot and I use the fans to accelerate the fires. As others have mentioned, it is not the most powerful but it runs forever on batteries. You can plug it in with a standard extension cord without requiring an adapter. If you are on the fence, buy it.

Facts, I've been eye balling the fan...which goes for $99 alone, WITh a 5AH for same price, is a no brainer.

We have two of these and use them all the time. They come in handy during hurricane power outages.

These are great for camping. They are not very powerful, but inside a tent they do a great job and last close to a full night on high speed with this battery. I have used them outside close to me, and on a golf cart to cool down a bit and it does the trick.
