Seriously you should ask friends/family if they want it for that price then give as a gift to be nice if they say yes. If they are on the fence they don't need or want it. If you persist you will just be the annoying person in your group everyone expects to burden them with gifts that take up storage space.
Any time a deal like this comes up I try to figure out offloading my second circular saw and think better before wasting mine and others time on a 'good deal'. I also think about how my family will handle the stuff after I die and burden them with the hoarded crap lol. That helps me avoid slick deal hoarding.
