You could order it from Hasbro Pulse...but it's 29.99 and out of stock.
The prices on shop.hasbro.com are a joke. I don't know of any store selling these for what they say is MSRP. If you're lucky, you can get 10% off at Target or Wal-Mart.
It's back at Amazon for 29.99, after April 16th.
It is harder than normal to order individual Transformers -- for the most part, you can't do it at Wal-mart or Target online anymore. Going to actual stores produces better results, but many times they have bare shelves, or nothing but Cyberverse. Amazon is also very hit or miss -- a lot of times, they just don't have them at MSRP.

While this Amazon deal isn't really a "deal", the fact that this is available for order at MSRP is noteworthy.
You might be able to get it from Target B&M, I've seen it for that price in some stores now, but I got some when they had the B2G1 and 25% off sales during Easter.
It really seems like the increased production or something w/ Kingdom line -- Earthrise wave 3 are still not readily available to be purchased (sunstreaker, trailbreaker, judge, megatron) for whatever reason, as well as the Netflix Bumblebee and Soundwave
Amazon exlcusive Earthrise all seem to be out of print as well.
