I've used them for drone stuff before without any issues.
Although I haven't had to deal with their customer service yet.

Biqu is similar to ender, but already has some upgrades and they seem to be who everyone gets parts from when creality lets them down.
1) Low quality power switch poorly assembled failed on many units including mine. Cheap fix but it was bad QC. I highly doubt there are any units around from those batches, at this point it is the same as any Creality printer in that regard. This is the one that effected a lot of people.
2) Potential short caused when the metal clips were fully against the bed. I'm not sure of the specifics as it didn't effect most units, but for those that did it could eventually fault the motherboard. This was kind of cheaply addressed out of the factory by placing kapton tape on the corners of the bed by the clips to prevent the short. Works but not the most reassuring solution. I'm not sure if the newest revisions still have the source issue.
3) The USB port allowing power draw in, which with the motherboard allowed a Raspberry Pi or PC plugged into the USB to partially power the printer when it was unplugged. Other printers have had this, not a big deal on its own but combined with the short issue some people had devices plugged into the USB get damaged when the short occurred. I think the newest motherboard revision fixes this, though you can also block the power pin of the USB cable (Kapton tape again) you are using to prevent that.
Not going to blame anyone for being weary of those kind of issues particularly buying from a Chinese site that I doubt has great support, but it wasn't actually burning down houses and any shipping out now should at least have the power switch resolved and Kapton tape on the bed, motherboard may be more iffy.
That said, I've had it since launch, had the switch replaced and otherwise have been happy with the printer. High quality prints, auto bed leveling works great, filament sensor, nice touchscreen, good size, custom firmware is nice. If I were going back in time maybe I'd choose the V2 to avoid the issues, not sure, but now being familiar I'd sooner buy a second CR-6. And might, this is $40 cheaper than I've seen it (Wal-Mart 3rd party sellers) just haven't heard of this store...
Hobby stuff, make supplies, replacement parts, etc.
On a side note, I can't add this to my cart?
Was looking at the front-page deal on the Ender 3 V2 but this seems like a solid upgrade for the extra $40ish.
Used PayPal just incase because of the seller.
