I have this and a touchscreen one with presets, MUCH prefer the latter over the Venturist with the single manual dial thing.

But what's the price?
I believe for this price this is a much better deal. I have an E-320 and it's old tech. Got it for 400 + tax new.
V1200 is almost a renamed version of A2300 including the new 'click' jar top.

Bought the $300 E300 from the Costco deal and was really glad since the first one was defective. Vitamix was a PITA to deal with, so returned it to Costco. Got replacement in matter of days....

I have had a refurb Venturist for over a year and use it often. Overall I like it and prefer the simplicity over touchscreens, but I can understand their utility and ease of cleaning.

For anyone concerned about presets, the Venturist is the Costco version of their latest line which all include wireless BLE connectivity with the app (no setup required). You can run presets in the app or make your own.
