People who actually know how to lift properly?
I'm a 1495 sbd powerlifter and routinely use 5lb, 10lb dB for delt and bicep works.

How insecure do you have to be to come to a deal post that doesn't interest you and still threadcrap about it?

Besides no one should make fun of someone who uses light weight to lift. That's just a shitty thing to do and any real lifters would never look down on people who lift however light that weight is.

Now I feel bad for coming to say "Thanks" and that I had been looking for 10s. 😆

There are two different ways to train the muscle. Low reps high weight or high reps low weight.

I lift 10 lbs. that would actually be a lot for me how I work out.

""Who only lifts 10 lbs?" There's a lot of us who aren't bodybuilders who just want to exercise. Certain exercises are more demanding. I mean, they're not meant for bench pressing....

Buuut body builders use low weight more often than powerlifters O.o

I actually love my adjustable Powerblocks that go from 3lb to 24lb in 3lb increments loll. Like having 8 pairs of dumbbells that only takes up about 1.5 sq ft of floor space Smilie

Nah. Don't feel bad. Just depends on your usage. Even The Rock will fail to lift a 5 lb dumbbell one more rep if he does enough reps. Chances are all SDers have a smaller rep count than him in which failure occurs.

I like having 2-5lb weights for various workouts. Especially if you start heavy and work your way down. If you do enough reps those 2lb weights will feel like they are 50lb weights
