Most times always this price enjoy the drift... Buy adapter to use ps4/xbox/misc controllers avoid this unless you such a die hard nintendo fan that is more into brand then quality product...
What about someone like me who doesn't own other systems to use their respective controllers? Should I buy a PS4 controller + adapter over this? Wouldn't that add up to this pretty much?

Absolutely not. Just buy this controller, it's as good of a controller as I've ever used, clearly modeled off of what many believe is the greatest console controller of all time (X360)

Actually it was more of a rhetorical question to his statement. I have a launch PC and 3 more for get togethers. None have drift issues.
If you are in the market for a switch pro controller, I'd suggest looking into the 8bit pro 2. Comes in at a cheaper price point and is a great controller. Has some nice back buttons and customization software.
I'd say the only real downside is that it has analog sticks like a dual shock rather then the Xbox format. But that's a matter of personal preference.

I have one of the PowerA wireless controllers. It doesn't have very good range on it. If I sit back on my couch I seem to have connection issues with it dropping out. If I sit a couple feet closer it's fine.
So the official pro wireless controllers have better range?

if you want the best yes can use any console controller with adapter. But people prefer worshiping a bad quality product cause of brand worshiping. I use my ps4 and xbox controller on switch.

I have both, and haven't noticed a huge difference in range, both work from 20-25ft+ away for me

BTW for someone who really hates Nintendo, you seem to comment on them a lot.
