I can confirm:
Does not come with a charger
Does not work with the new Chromecast with Google TV
Works with Windows
Worked with my S21, did not work with my S7+
Allowed all drives to be selected from in my laptops F12 boot menu
YMMV since it's on clearance (close out)

It specifically says it works with the Chromecast with Google TV (what a mouthful of terrible marketing there).
Only 1 jack, but I just want to add a webcam. Not worried about storage or ethernet. I can use Bluetooth to add a keyboard and mouse.
And it's cheap.
If you need more jacks, there's this one for $22 that is recommended several places:

It has several USB, ethernet, HDMI, etc.
thank you for post
You got me wondering though, so I decided to experiment a bit.
My Dell Thunderbolt 3 dock fast charged and detected ethernet. No notifications about video. I didn't happen to have anything plugged into the USB drives.
My USB-C HP travel dock...., well dang, it popped up with Dex and next thing I knew I had a desktop version of my phone on the monitor. I definitely need to play with this, looks fun. But I'm heading home now, so that's all I have time for tonight.
$45 "Renewed" at Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/HP-USB-C-M...B082MTPCXR if you're interested.
