Knipex or nothing, if you say knipex are too expensive just save your money and don't waste it on other junk, once you go knipex you'll never touch anything again.

Just my experience, but I have been bit so many times with blood blisters or worse from slip joint pliers and low end groove pliers that jump a groove from flexing, I tend to avoid them for anything remotely serious. Get the right wrench, pipe wrench, or a pair of Knipex Cobra that were not all that expensive at Menards.

If anyone has actually used these slip joint GearWrench pliers and can honestly compare, that would be cool. With that, I am neutral on the deal.

Yup. I have full set of klein's which are great!!! Nothing is like a knipex though
