Can I connect to ground wire if I don't have neutral
I am pretty sure this won't work in that case. I don't have direct experience without the neutral, but I would imagine that if there were a way to do it the manufacturer would be all over advertising that instead of that a neutral is required. Maybe somebody else has some experience?

if you're even considering this question, call an electrician to install it. you will thank yourself later.
That's never a good idea to connect neutral to ground because you will end up having live voltage on the ground line and preventing your breakers from opening
Probably is also illegal in most localities.
FYI, for this switch, you will also need the ground wire as well.
