Working 12hour shifts at the hospital, Ive tried eveything from soaking feet in ice buckets to the wooden massagers. Nothing really works. Willing to give this a try.

returned mine.

bottom of you foot will get 'some relief', but barely feel it tbh.. the top fo your foot and toes, forget about it, useless...

my search continues...

I tried it for 30 min. Different settings and the highest was the best for me. Ymmv. It really hit the right pressure points. I have pronation so midline/inner bottom area is where it relieved some pain. Felt really good. Im keeping mine. Overall I give it a 4/5.

Edit: There is a heat setting but its relatively weak. I can barely feel any heat. This is a buy only if its on sale.

Overall recommend try it with Amazon's easy return system to see if its the right product. Its hard to describe the exact experience.
