That's a long ship date. I'd like to report I bought one on a recent deal here. It is an excellent headset due to the wide spatial sound field, the solid build quality, the comfortable wearability, and the charge life. The short charging cable attaches conveniently to the front of the Series X. Even though I like the headset, I'm still frustrated that Xbox hasn't opened up their Bluetooth capability to include other listening devices. The $99 price is a bit steep but I think it's still a quality offering.
Have this. It's... okay. The default sound sucks and needs EQ right away. In hindsight, I probably would have put the money towards Sony XM4s (even refurb).
If $100 is all you want to spend on wireless headphones and you'll only be using them for your Xbox experience, this is an okay purchase.
For anyone else, consider spending a bit more to get true wireless headphones that can be used anywhere.
