I am a FPS guy, don't even like rogue like games. Hades was different. One of the best games ever. Worth every penny.

I'm in the same boat and decided to hold out after reading this - with my love of JRPGs and two very long ones next on the to-play list I think I'll wait for either another $20 deal (seems to come every month for Digital) or (possibly?) less by the time Dragon Quest XI S and Persona 5 Strikers are done.

I've been picking up like 2 eshop games a month, at this rate, I'm gonna need a 1TB microSD card. I've already had to delete games on the 128GB card to make space for games that I actually play.

I had the choice between Switch, PS5, and PC.

I'm extremely glad I got this on Switch because it's legit one of the most addicting games I've ever played and is perfect to be able to play on my TV, on the couch, or in bed.

You'll have a blast regardless of platform, but I hiiiiiighly recommend it on Switch unless you want a 4K resolution or really high framerate (which honestly, I'm considering purchasing this again on PC to support the devs because this game is just that top notch).

I probably have more Switch games than I'll ever finish in this lifetime at this point but after watching a couple reviews for Void Bastards (Deluxe) and Full Metal Furies (for the couch coop with the kiddos) I picked those up. A few personal random recommendations would be Shovel Knight, Slay the Spire, Bastion, Enter the Gungeon, those are all great pick ups if you're into the those types of games (rogue lites, platformers). My Friend Pedro is a delightfully silly bullet dodging blast as well, but seems pretty short overall. I'm not done with it yet but I have a feeling I'm getting towards the end with around 5-6 hours into it.
