I've been looking for a smaller multipurpose step ladder to use inside the house and discovered that my local Lowes were discounting this one. Item rang up as $23.20 and it looks like you can also purchase online at this price using the Lowes for Pros URL. Googling revealed that it retailed for $90 last year.
Lowes says normally $29.99 and have been as cheap as $20 before Christmas which is when I bought two grey ones, so this is a decent deal. Odd for a YMMV, some are actually in stock around me.... that has to be worth a thumbs up.

Just FYI.... I was shot down at 3 lowes all showed inventory but none to be found any where. This price has been like this for quite a few months.

In my radius only 1 out of 10 stores had stock, so I figured it was safer to label it YMMV.

Lowes online inventory has been pretty good around here... if you can find it. One store shows 7, so there is one or two around there someplace.
District does not say much if inventory shows 1 or 2 and they cannot be found, but with 7 and an online order is cancelled because they cannot find 1, that will generate a red flag for management.

That is cool.... I was just surprised that with the YMMV, that I actually found some locally. My luck with YMMV deals is there is seldom anything within two states.

These little ladders are only rated at 225lb, but made by Werner and similar to Louisville Ladders, they have held substantially more with no issues for that rating. You can check with ANSI, but I believe the maximum load testing is 280 lbs for the 225lb ladder rating ----for about a 25% tested safety factor that is not actually breaking, but for maximum allowable deflection/bending. I would not use on a job site, but have and do for around the house.... so much lighter than a 1A or 1AA.

trying to find 1 or 2 in stock always feels like a scavenger hunt.

And if a real deal that is showing 1 or 2, ordering online that then gives a heads up to employees that pull orders may not have a happy ending.
No company needed. Can be an individual account.
According to a BMI chart 225lb is "overweight" for anyone under 6'8...
