I couldn't tell for sure, but if you look at the picture it shows fixed measurements between the top and middle and then middle and bottom so I would think no based on that.

This is definitely a shill post as this random brand keeps getting posted over and over. That being said, I ordered the adjustable side table for my wife who's working from home and she loves it. My parents came over last week, saw the table, and asked if I could order one for them as well.

The quality is surprisingly good, but I'm not sure how much of a "deal" this really is. I'm sure you could find something similarly priced at Walmart or Bed Bath and Beyond.
